Welcome to EaseLiving Solutions. These General Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EaseLiving Solutions website, online storefront, and digital products. By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from EaseLiving Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About EaseLiving Solutions
EaseLiving Solutions is a digital design business that creates thoughtfully designed digital products intended to make life's moments simpler, more meaningful, and bring everyday ease.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or purchasing any product from EaseLiving Solutions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not purchase or use our products.
3. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:
"Digital Product" means any digital content made available for purchase, download, or access by EaseLiving Solutions, including but not limited to editable Canva templates, PDF files, PNG files, JPG files, digital artwork, printables, guides, and other downloadable or electronically delivered products.
"Editable Template" means a digital product supplied through an editable Canva template link that allows the Purchaser to personalise designated elements of the template in accordance with the applicable product instructions and licence.
"Digital Download" means a non-editable digital file supplied in a format such as PDF, PNG, JPG, or any other downloadable format intended for use in its final form.
"Purchaser" means the individual or legal entity that purchases or lawfully acquires a digital product directly from EaseLiving Solutions or through an authorised sales platform.
4. Products
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all products sold by EaseLiving Solutions are digital products.
No physical items will be shipped.
Each product listing will specify, where applicable:
- product description;
- file formats;
- licence type;
- included files;
- editing options;
- printing recommendations; and
- any product-specific terms.
5. Pricing
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Applicable taxes, where required by law, will be calculated during checkout.
6. Payment
Payments are securely processed through Gumroad and its authorised payment providers.
EaseLiving Solutions does not collect or store customers' payment card information.
7. Digital Delivery
All EaseLiving Solutions products are digital products. No physical items will be shipped.
Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, digital products are made available for download immediately following successful payment. Access instructions and, where applicable, download links or editable template links will be provided through Gumroad.
It is the Purchaser's responsibility to:
- provide a valid email address at the time of purchase;
- download and securely store all purchased files promptly;
- maintain backup copies of downloaded files; and
- ensure they have the necessary software, applications, internet connection, and, where applicable, the required Canva account or Canva Pro subscription to access and use the purchased product.
If the Purchaser experiences difficulty accessing or downloading a purchased product due to a technical issue, they should contact EaseLiving Solutions as soon as reasonably practicable. EaseLiving Solutions will make reasonable efforts to assist the Purchaser in accessing the purchased product but cannot guarantee the continued availability of download links or indefinite access through third-party platforms.
8. Intellectual Property
All products, templates, artwork, graphics, illustrations, designs, text, branding, logos, product previews, mock-ups, downloadable files, and all other content created by EaseLiving Solutions remain the exclusive intellectual property of EaseLiving Solutions unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing a product grants only the licence described with that product.
No ownership or copyright is transferred to the purchaser.
9. Product Licences
All Digital Products are sold under a Personal Licence (default), unless otherwise stated. Where available, a Commercial / Client Licence or Extended Commercial Licence may be purchased as an add-on. The applicable licence rights, permitted uses and limitations are governed by the Digital Product Licence Agreement and any applicable Product-Specific Terms.
Purchasers are responsible for reviewing and complying with the licence tier purchased. In the event of any inconsistency between these General Terms & Conditions and the Digital Product Licence Agreement, the Digital Product Licence Agreement shall prevail.
10. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final.
Refunds, where offered, shall be governed by the refund policy applicable to the specific product.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
11. Product Availability
EaseLiving Solutions continually reviews and improves its digital products to maintain quality, accuracy, compatibility, and customer experience.
Accordingly, EaseLiving Solutions reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to:
- modify;
- update;
- improve;
- correct errors or omissions;
- replace;
- discontinue; or
- remove
any product, service, collection, product description, preview image, file format, feature, or related content where considered necessary for business, technical, operational, legal, or compliance purposes.
Where a product has been materially updated following a customer's purchase, EaseLiving Solutions may, at its sole discretion, make the updated version available to existing purchasers. Nothing in these Terms obliges EaseLiving Solutions to provide future updates, upgrades, or additional content unless expressly stated on the applicable product page.
12. Accuracy of Information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, previews, photographs, pricing, specifications, and other information are accurate.
Colours and print quality may vary depending on monitors, mobile devices, printers, paper stock, inks, and printing methods.
13. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- reviewing the product description, file formats, licence terms, and system requirements before purchasing;
- ensuring the purchased product is compatible with their intended software, devices, and operating systems;
- reading and following all product instructions provided by EaseLiving Solutions;
- downloading, securely storing, and maintaining backup copies of all purchased files;
- using the purchased product only as permitted under the applicable licence;
- maintaining any software, application, account, or subscription required to access or use the purchased product.
Where a product is supplied as an editable Canva template, an active Canva Pro subscription is required unless the applicable product description expressly states that the template is compatible with a free Canva account. It is the Purchaser's responsibility to review the product description and ensure they have the appropriate Canva account before completing a purchase.
EaseLiving Solutions does not provide Canva subscriptions, Canva Pro access, or technical support for Canva account-related issues.
Customers are also responsible for complying with the applicable terms, licences, and policies of Gumroad, Canva, and any other third-party platforms or services used in connection with the purchased product.
14. Third-Party Platforms and Services
EaseLiving Solutions uses third-party platforms to facilitate the sale, delivery, and use of certain products. These currently include Gumroad and Canva.
Gumroad
Digital products are sold and delivered through Gumroad.
By purchasing a product from EaseLiving Solutions, you acknowledge that your purchase is also subject to Gumroad's applicable Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other policies.
EaseLiving Solutions is not responsible for service interruptions, payment processing issues, platform outages, technical problems, download limitations, or changes to Gumroad's services that are beyond our reasonable control.
Canva
Certain products are designed for use with Canva and include editable Canva templates.
By using these products, you agree to comply with Canva's applicable:
- Terms of Use;
- Content Licence Agreement;
- Privacy Policy; and
- other applicable Canva policies.
Customers are responsible for maintaining a compatible Canva account.
Some fonts, graphics, templates, elements, or features may require a Canva Pro subscription.
EaseLiving Solutions is not responsible for:
- changes to Canva's platform;
- subscription pricing;
- software features;
- licensing rules;
- platform availability;
- account restrictions; or
- other changes made by Canva.
Third-Party Responsibility
Customers are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of Gumroad, Canva, and any other third-party platform used in connection with our products.
EaseLiving Solutions shall not be liable for losses, delays, interruptions, account restrictions, incompatibility, or other issues arising from third-party platforms beyond our reasonable control.
15. No Affiliation
EaseLiving Solutions is an independent business.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, EaseLiving Solutions is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Gumroad, Canva Pty Ltd, or any of their affiliates.
References to third-party companies, products, platforms, software, trademarks, or services are provided solely to identify compatibility or describe the platform through which our products are sold or used.
All trademarks, logos, and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.
16. Responsibility and Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EaseLiving Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to:
- the purchase, download, or use of our products;
- printing outcomes;
- software incompatibility;
- third-party platform issues;
- loss of data;
- loss of profits;
- business interruption; or
- inability to access downloaded files.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
17. Privacy
Personal information collected through our website or storefront will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
18. Changes to These Terms
EaseLiving Solutions reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated Terms become effective immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of our products after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
19. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Grenada.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Grenada, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

21. Product-Specific Terms
Certain products may be accompanied by additional terms, policies, notices, instructions, licence agreements, or other product-specific conditions that apply specifically to the purchased product.
These product-specific terms may address, where applicable:
- product descriptions;
- file formats;
- editing rights;
- software or platform requirements;
- Canva account or Canva Pro requirements;
- product instructions;
- printing guidance;
- licence types and permitted uses;
- commercial use rights;
- usage restrictions;
- refund terms (where applicable); and
- any other conditions relevant to the purchased product.
Product-specific terms supplement these General Terms & Conditions and form part of the agreement between EaseLiving Solutions and the Purchaser.
In the event of any inconsistency between these General Terms & Conditions and any applicable Product-Specific Terms, including product-specific licence scope, permitted uses, production limits or restrictions, the Product-Specific Terms shall prevail to the extent of that inconsistency, except where the Digital Product Licence Agreement expressly provides otherwise.
