General Digital Product Licence Agreement

This Digital Product Licence Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of all digital products purchased from EaseLiving Solutions. By purchasing, downloading, accessing or using any EaseLiving Solutions digital product, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Definitions
“Client Deliverable” means a Digital Product, or a permitted output derived from a Digital Product, provided to an individual client by a Commercial / Client Licence holder as part of a professional service, subject to the applicable Product-Specific Terms. Where expressly permitted, this may include a PDF, JPG, PNG, editable template or access link provided for the individual client’s own use and, where applicable, customisation. The client may not resell, sublicense, redistribute or share the Digital Product, template or access link, or use it beyond the specific client project for which it was provided.
“Commercial / Client Licence” means an add-on licence purchased in addition to the applicable Digital Product, permitting limited commercial or professional use in accordance with this Agreement and any Product-Specific Terms.
“Digital Product” means any digital asset made available by EaseLiving Solutions, including but not limited to editable templates or template links, JPG, PNG and PDF files, video files, digital artwork and other downloadable or digitally accessible content.
"Editable Template" means a Canva template supplied through a Canva template link.
“Product-Specific Terms” means any additional licence scope, production limit, permitted use or restriction stated on the applicable product listing page or in an accompanying product guide.
“Master File” means the original digital file or asset supplied by EaseLiving Solutions, including, where applicable, JPG, PNG, PDF, video or other downloadable file formats. For clarity, an editable template or template access link may constitute a source asset but is not necessarily a Master File.
"Purchaser" means the individual who purchased the product.
2. Licence Grant
EaseLiving Solutions grants the Purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence based on licence tier selected at purchase:
· Personal Licence (Default): For one individual user. Permits personalising, downloading, and printing unlimited copies for personal projects, personal planning, home decor, or private events. Sharing raw template links or redistributing source files is strictly prohibited.
· Commercial / Client Licence (Add-On): Grants the Purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Digital Product for limited commercial or professional purposes, subject strictly to the scope, production limits and usage terms specified on the applicable product listing page or in its accompanying product guide. Depending on the product, permitted use may be limited to professional 1-on-1 Client Deliverables (e.g., event coordination, styling or consulting) or to a designated physical production run or display limit. Under no circumstances may editable source files (including Canva template links), Master Files or raw digital assets be shared, sublicensed, resold, redistributed or uploaded to third-party print-on-demand services.
3. Product Formats
Editable Canva Templates:
• May be personalised as described in the product instructions.
• The Canva template link is licensed to one purchaser only.
• The template link must not be shared, transferred or resold.
Non-Editable Digital Downloads (PDF, PNG, JPG, etc.):
• Are supplied as finished designs.
• May be printed or used for the Purchaser's personal purposes.
• Must not be edited, converted into templates, extracted or redistributed.
4. Canva Requirements
EaseLiving Solutions digital products are designed for use with Canva.
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the applicable product page, an active Canva Pro subscription is required to access, edit, or export templates containing Canva Pro elements.
Where a product has been specifically designed for use with a free Canva account, this will be clearly indicated in the product description.
It is the Purchaser's responsibility to review the product description and ensure they have the required Canva account before completing a purchase. EaseLiving Solutions does not provide Canva subscriptions, Canva Pro access, or refunds where a Purchaser is unable to use a product because they do not hold the required Canva subscription.
5. Permitted Uses
· Personal Licence Holder: May personalise editable templates and produce unlimited physical prints or digital copies (such as stationery, signage, planners, wall art or keepsakes) strictly for personal use, including a personal event, memorial, personal planning, home décor or other private project, subject to any Product-Specific Terms.
· Commercial / Client Licence Holder: May use the Digital Product for commercial or professional purposes only within the permitted scope and production limits specified on the applicable product listing page or in its accompanying product guide. Permitted commercial use may vary by product and may include Client Deliverables, physical production runs or physical displays.
6. Restrictions
You may not:
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense or share any digital files.
• Share Canva template links.
• Claim the designs as your own.
• Create competing templates from the products.
• Remove copyright notices where applicable.
• Use any product for commercial purposes without a valid Commercial Licence.
7. Commercial Use
Commercial use is permitted only where a valid Commercial / Client Licence has been purchased for the applicable Digital Product.
Permitted Commercial Scope: The specific commercial rights granted, including any client, project, production, unit, print or display limits, are determined by the Product-Specific Terms stated on the applicable product listing page or in its accompanying product guide.
Purchase of a Commercial / Client Licence does not grant unlimited production or unrestricted commercial use unless expressly stated in the Product-Specific Terms.
Prohibitions: Commercial use does not permit the Purchaser to resell, sublicense, share or redistribute editable Canva template links, Master Files, raw digital assets or other digital source files. It does not permit mass-market merchandise production, resale of the Digital Product itself, or use through third-party print-on-demand services unless expressly authorised in writing by EaseLiving Solutions.
8. Intellectual Property
All artwork, layouts, typography, graphics, branding and associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of EaseLiving Solutions. Purchase grants a licence only and does not transfer ownership or copyright.
9. Canva Content Notice
EaseLiving Solutions digital products may incorporate or rely upon content, software, fonts, graphics, images, templates, or other materials that are licensed from or made available by third-party providers, including, where applicable, Canva.
Any third-party content included within a digital product remains subject to the applicable licence terms, terms of use, or intellectual property rights of the respective third-party provider. Your purchase of an EaseLiving Solutions product does not grant ownership of, or independent rights to, any third-party content beyond those permitted under this Agreement and the applicable third-party licence.
Where a product is distributed, downloaded or accessed through a third-party platform, including Gumroad, your use of that platform is also subject to the platform's applicable Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and other governing policies.
EaseLiving Solutions is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of Canva, Gumroad, or any other third-party provider unless expressly stated in writing.
10. Digital Product Policy
All products sold by EaseLiving Solutions are digital products only. No physical items will be shipped.
Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, digital products are available for download immediately following successful payment. Customers will also receive access instructions and/or a download link via the email address provided at the time of purchase.
It is the Purchaser's responsibility to ensure that:
· the email address provided at checkout is accurate;
· they download and save their purchased files promptly; and
· they have the appropriate software, internet connection, and, where applicable, a Canva account or Canva Pro subscription required to access or use the product.
If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading your purchase due to a technical issue, please contact EaseLiving Solutions as soon as reasonably practicable. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you in accessing the product.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once access to the product has been provided, except where a refund is required under applicable law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
11. Product Use and Responsibility
EaseLiving Solutions exercises reasonable care in designing and preparing its digital products. However, the Purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the product is suitable for their intended use and for following any accompanying instructions.
EaseLiving Solutions is not responsible for printing variations, third-party printing errors, monitor or printer colour differences, improper use of the files, or unauthorised use by third parties.
12. Termination
Any breach of this Agreement automatically terminates the licence. Upon termination, all use of the digital product must cease.
13. Product-Specific Terms and Order of Precedence
This Agreement sets out the general terms governing all EaseLiving Solutions Digital Products.
Individual products may include additional Product-Specific Terms stated on the applicable product listing page or in an accompanying product guide, including permitted uses, commercial scope, production limits, client or project limits, print or display limits and other product-specific restrictions.
Product-Specific Terms form part of this Agreement. Where Product-Specific Terms expressly differ from the general provisions of this Agreement, the Product-Specific Terms shall prevail solely in relation to that Digital Product and only to the extent of the inconsistency.
This Agreement supersedes and replaces previous EaseLiving Solutions licence terms and permissions relating to the use of its Digital Products, except for current Product-Specific Terms stated on the applicable product listing page or in its accompanying product guide.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable in Grenada unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
15. Acceptance
By purchasing, downloading or using any EaseLiving Solutions digital product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to this Agreement.
